Short description

Car build was completed in 1999/2000 Two Ford Motor company engineers did allof the initial work including all the woodwork. The body appears to be Oak, but is actually Ash, a much harder wood. The car was built from the frame up. A speedster frame with all running gear was purchased, the engine/transmission was removed and sent to a Model “T” engine rebuilder in Michigan Where it was completely rebuilt (receipts provided) the car has no more than 7500 miles on it since the rebuild. The previous owner had a habit of riding the low speed pedal while driving and premature wear developed on the low speed band> I replaced all three of the  bands in December and there is about 10 miles on them (still need to be broken in). I rebuilt the carburetor because of old fuel being left in it resulting in it being gummed up. The engine needed a tuneup because of very limited use over the past several years. The new gas tank developed a leak and I had it resoldered. I installed new turn signals both front and rear with a dedicated 12volt battery. The car itself is 6 volt with a Texas “T” distributor providing the spark. The paint is scratch free two stage (base/clear) in a hunter green. The Ash body is near perfect and the craftsmanship and joinery is 2nd to none!!

This car is a testament to the dedication of its builders. I doubt that you will ever find another in such near perfect condition.  You absolutely can show this car as well as drive it anywhere!

Check back later as I have original build photos that I will scan to my computer and then add to this site

The car is being offered here for a reasonable $19,950.00 call me 541-345-3600
